+How much does a field-service toolkit cost?
Individual Kept Straight toolkits cost $12 to $19, one time. The Operations Starter Bundle (all five toolkits) is $59, and the Toolkit Vault (everything plus new templates added over 12 months) is $99. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges. See the Pricing page for a full comparison.
+How do I download my files after paying?
As soon as payment is confirmed, your files appear in My Library. Sign in with the email you used at checkout and click Download next to any file. You'll also get a receipt email with links to your library.
+Why did my download link stop working?
For security, each download link expires after 5 minutes. Just go back to My Library and click Download again to get a fresh link. There's no limit on returning to your library.
+I lost my files or got a new computer. Can I download again?
Yes. Sign in and open My Library any time to re-download everything you've purchased.
+What file formats are included?
Editable Word (DOCX) and/or Excel (XLSX) files plus printable PDFs. They work in Microsoft Office, Google Docs/Sheets, and LibreOffice.
+What does the Toolkit Vault include?
Every toolkit, plus any new templates released during the 12 months after purchase. It is not a subscription and never charges again. You can choose to buy another 12 months near the end of your access.
+I already own a toolkit inside a bundle. Can I buy it again?
No. The store blocks purchases of items you already own, including items covered by a bundle or the Vault, so you won't be charged twice.
+Can I get a refund?
Because files are delivered instantly, sales are generally final. We review requests case by case for duplicate charges, files that couldn't be delivered, or products that materially don't match their description. Use the refund request form on the Support page.
+Are these legal, tax, or safety documents?
No. Kept Straight templates are general operational aids, not professional advice. You're responsible for reviewing and adapting them for your business, location, industry, and legal obligations.
+Can I share the templates with my team?
Yes, you can use and edit them within your own business. Please don't resell or redistribute the files.
+I forgot my password.
Use 'Forgot password?' on the sign-in page to get a reset link by email.
